Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with our marketing objectives to increase brand awareness, drive user engagement, and promote community growth.
  • Create compelling and engaging content for our social media channels, including posts, graphics, videos, and interactive elements tailored to each platform.
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in the Web3 space to optimize our strategy and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Manage and maintain our presence on key Web3 platforms, including Telegram, Twitter, Discord, and Warpcast, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Foster community engagement through active participation in discussions, hosting events, and organizing giveaways to cultivate a loyal and passionate fan base.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to coordinate social media campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track KPIs, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to inform our social media strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the gaming or Web3 industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Web3 marketing scene and familiarity with platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, Discord, and Warpcast.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for crafting engaging content.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance and optimize strategy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for gaming and blockchain technology with a keen interest in exploring innovative marketing approaches.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and adapt quickly to changing trends and priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience with community management and engagement strategies is a plus.
