Lahore Qalandars New Logo is Copied From Stock Image

The new kit logo for the Lahore Qalandars, designed by their captain Shaheen Afridi, has caused a stir in the cricket world for its simple yet high-quality design.

Although some fans of the Lahore Qalandars were thrilled with the original artwork, their enthusiasm was tempered when it was discovered that the logo was plagiarized from a stock image website, AdobeStock.

The CEO of the Lahore Qalandars, Atif Rana, had previously announced that the team’s captain, Shaheen Afridi, would be designing the new kits for the 8th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL). The new kit logo was included in Afridi’s design.

Aside from the mistake, several fans expressed their dissatisfaction with the new logo, claiming that the previous design better showcased the personality of the Lahore Qalandars.

The new kits for Lahore are set to be unveiled in the coming days as the franchise gears up for the upcoming PSL edition. The tournament is scheduled to start on February 13th, with Lahore facing the Multan Sultans in the opening match.
